In addition, it takes time to change banks in the whole cargo space, as the banks are heavy and a crane and generally several people are needed to attach a new bank. The time for the change is also taken from the forest machine's effective working time.
From the state of the art, there are also known solutions where the sorting support is welded to the bank. However, welding involves a risk e.g. for computers of modern forest machines, which can be damaged by the welding if you do not remember to disconnect these underwelds. The welding point also weakens the bank's construction, as the banks are usually made of high-strength steel. Thus, retrofitting without straightening welding methods and welding blanks means that the properties of the structure are weakened.
From the state of the art, publication FI l0275 is also known, which describes single-sorting losses that are created during the bank's production. Such a sorting loss can only be produced on new banks or the production on an old bank weakens the construction due to the holes that need to be drilled. () The object of the invention is to develop a solution to the above-mentioned problems; a single accessory that is easy to assemble without welding, which includes a sorting support and can be arranged for various forest tractors and banks without modification work. Characteristic features of the invention appear from appended claims 1. The characterizing features of the invention are described in the appended claims. In general, the accessory contains adjustment devices, with which the installation dimensions of the accessory are regulated to correspond to the bank's external dimensions.
This object can be achieved with an accessory for sorting the trees, which is arranged to be attached to the bank of the cargo space of the vehicle, which accessory comprises body plates arranged at a distance from each other on both sides of the bank to form a body piece, fastening devices arranged between the body plates for attaching the trunk plates next to each other around the bank and a sorting support articulated to at least one trunk plate for delimiting the load space for the sorting of the trees. The sorting support is arranged to be turned upwards to sorting position or downwards to storage position, when sorting is not needed. The accessory delimits the frame plates and the fastening devices between them an empty space for the bank, which empty space has mounting dimensions for the bank, and in the accessory there are devices with which the mounting dimensions of the accessory are arranged to correspond to the bank's external dimensions. With the help of adjusting devices, the accessory installation dimensions can be changed to correspond to each bank's external dimensions, whereby the accessory can be attached as an accessory at banks of different dimensions, both for new and old bank window changes at the bank. This enables the use of an accessory according to the invention at advantageous costs together with old and new banks, and the accessory is easy and quick to assemble. Furthermore, the assembly of the accessory can be performed without detaching the bank from the vehicle, e.g. a forest tractor. The use of the sorting and storage modes enables the use of the cargo space as a continuous space, when sorting is not needed. 1 () The fastening devices are fastening bolts and the adjusting devices are holes or grooves arranged in the body plates, through which the positioning of the fastening bolts is carried out. In this way, the mounting bolts can be fastened at different distances from each other to form an empty space with different installation dimensions between the frame plates and the mounting bolts for the bank.
The sorting support is hinged at the bank's side or sides below the bank's horizontal upper surface. A bank led to the side or sides can be kept unchanged.
The adjusting devices in the body plates are arranged in grooves. With the help of the tracks, the regulation of the empty space can be performed steplessly, which guarantees the solid locking of the accessory at the bank.
The frame plates and fastening devices are arranged to form a forced control lock around the bend of the bank. Such a locking is independent of the friction between the fastening devices and the bank and between the body plates and the bank.
The fastening devices advantageously comprise at least three fastening bolts, of which at least two are located at the outer edge of the bank's curved part. The outer edge mounting bolts lock the accessory at the bank both in the vertical and in the horizontal direction.
The fastening devices are advantageously placed between the frame plates so that a curved empty space arises in the accessory for the curved part of the bank for fastening the accessory at the bend of the bank. The accessory attached to the bend of the bank can be locked at the bank with pre-locking so that the locking of the accessory does not only depend on the friction between the base plates and the bank and between the mounting bolts and the bank. Such a locking method is very reliable and secure.
The sorting support can be attached to at least one accessory frame plate with a mounting shaft. The accessory may comprise stoppers attached to the same body plate and to these mounted adjustment bolts for adjusting the lower and upper angle of rotation of the sorting support in relation to the bank. With the aid of the adjusting bolts, the sorting support can be adjusted to a storage position completely at the side of the bank, the sorting support being protected from scratches, and on the other hand sufficiently open in the use position, so that there is sufficient space for the sorted trees in the cargo space. In addition, the upper and lower inclination of the sorting support can be changed so that the sorting support is always in the correct position regardless of the bank's inclination.
According to one application, the accessory comprises the opposite nuts of the mounting bolts and under these existing toothed washers to prevent the movement of the bolts in the groove retrofitting due to the tightening torques of the mounting bolts. With the help of these, a stable locking of the accessory is obtained at the bank.
The grooves in the longitudinal direction are arranged so that a longitudinal movement of the fastening bolts in the grooves causes changes in at least two installation dimensions. This enables a relatively simple construction of the adjusting devices, which enables the adjustment of the installation dimensions in two directions by moving fastening bolts in the grooves, which is particularly important when fastening the accessory in the bend of the bank.
According to one application, the sorting support comprises a pin part for delimiting the unloading space for sorting the trees and a foot for attaching the sorting support to a platform, and at least one arm designed so that when placed in the foot it is arranged to stay outside the bank when the sorting support is in storage position for rotation of the sorting support from storage mode to sort mode. Using the lever, the 1 () sorting support can be rotated from storage position to sorting position e.g. by means of the forestry tractor's load grabber without the user having to do any work by hand.
According to one application, the pin part, foot and arm of the sorting support are formed from an uncut piece. In this case, the construction is advantageous to manufacture without welds.
Advantageously, the sorting support is arranged to fold down in its storage position at the bank side below the bank's surface for protection against damage. When the sorting support is folded to the side, it does not take up unnecessary cargo space and is protected against blows and scratches.
Assembly of an accessory according to the invention is easily done by one person and the machine need not be driven into any assembly hall during the installation, but it can be done.o.m. out in the forest. In addition, the accessory is very advantageous compared to buying and exchanging entire banks. For the accessory, ice forest tractors of different brands and sizes have also been taken into account, which is why the accessory can practically be changed from one forest tractor to another if necessary. Ordinary banks are specific to the brand and model of the forest tractor, so these cannot be exchanged between different brands or models.
An accessory according to the invention comprises a body part which is pressed firmly around a bank with fastening devices. An accessory according to the invention can be used both in new and in-use vehicle 30 banks 2, which are shown in figure 1. Advantageously, an accessory 1 can be used according to figure 2 on banks 2, which have a bend 32 to make room for the vehicle wheels 34. I In this context, the vehicle is advantageously a forestry tractor or its trailer. An accessory invention can also be used for other banks, where sorting of different tree species is required. The accessory 1 can be mounted on one or more of the banks 2 of the cargo space, optionally on the left, right or both sides of the bank 2. In figure 2 the accessory 1 is mounted on the second and fourth bank 2 of the cargo space, counted from below, and only on the left side. The accessory 1 comprises the body plates 3 and 4, which form the body part 50 (shown in more detail in figure 4) and the fastening devices 5, which are better seen in the figures 3 - 7 and the sorting support 6. According to Figures 1 - 8, the fastening devices are advantageously fastening bolts. The decisive factor for the number of accessories is the length and weight of the timber to be handled, since the tin should extend between at least two sorting supports 6, so that it is effectively held in place. On the other hand, if the tin is particularly heavy and the sorting supports are high, accessories should be used on each bank to reduce the load on each individual accessory.
Figure 3 shows in more detail an application form of an accessory according to the invention as a single exploded view. The frame plates 3 and 4 have adjusting devices 55 for changing the installation dimensions of the accessory according to the bank's external dimensions. Advantageously, the adjusting devices are holes 10 and / or grooves 11, through which the fastening bolts 5a - 5e are mounted. In the stomp plate 3 there is the fastening shaft 7, on which the sorting support 6 is pressed with the clamping bush 8, the pressure bearing 17 and the bolt 9. The sorting support 6 is mounted on the fastening shaft 7 with the sliding bearing 16. The pressure bearing can also be a spring, O-ring or other corresponding part as forming friction. In other words, a joint is formed between the sorting support 6 and the body plate 3, which enables the sorting support 6 to rotate relative to the body plate 3. Alternatively, the adjusting devices can be rails, to which the body plates are attached.
The accessory 1 forms an assembled unit in accordance with Figure 4, where the body plates 3 and 4 have been pressed together to the body part 50 with the mounting bolts 5a - 5e and the opposite nuts 12. The sorting support 6 has been pressed onto the body plate 3 of the body plate 3 by means of the clamping bushing 8. the pressure bearing 17 and the bolt 9. The clamping bushing 8 pushes the sorting support 6 against the body plate 3 most advantageously with 5 - 30 Nm frictional force F1, which prevents the sorting support 6 from being rotated from sorting position to lower position due to the oscillations of the gas forest tractor. The clamping bushing 8 does not lock the sorting support 6 at any time, but with the frictional force F1 of the control sorting support 6 caused by the clamping bushing 8. Alternatively, the accessory may comprise a separate pin, with which the sorting support can be locked in sorting position by preventing the sorting support from being rotated to the lower position.
Between the body plates 3 and 4, a curved empty space 52 advantageously arises for the bank of the cargo space. The size D1 of the empty space 52 can be adjusted by means of the fastening bolts 5a - 5e to the same as the width dimension D2 of the bank, which is shown in figure 5. The size D1 of the space varies according to the width of the bank (figure 5 dimension D2), preferably it is 50 - 300 mm. It should be understood, however, that an accessory according to the invention can be arranged to operate with bank widths which are larger or smaller than these.
The accessory advantageously comprises devices for limiting the movement of the sorting support 6, which comprise a lower stopper 13 and an upper stopper 14. Adjusting bolts l5 have been mounted on the lower stopper 13 of the sorting support 6 and the upper stopper 14, whereby by adjusting the height of the adjusting bolts 15 the lower and upper position of the sorting support 6 can be adjusted. In this context, the upper stopper meant the stopper which rotates the sorting support in the sorting position and the lower stopper which means the stopper which limits the rotation of the sorting support in the storage position.
The bank 2 is in figure 5 cut with a dashed line both at the top and at the bottom, so that there is a larger picture of accessory 1. The left side of the bank 2 is only visible, the right side of the bank is removed from the picture, it should be understood that in practice it is a mirror image of the left side. Preferably, the base plates 3 and 4 of the accessory 1 are pressed on both sides of the bank 2 with the mounting bolts 5a - 5e and on opposite sides with the nuts 12 on the bend 32 of the bank.The inner dimensions D1 of the plate 3 and 4 can be adjusted to the thickness of the corresponding bank 2, between the bank 2's front wall 2a and rear wall 2b.
The inner diameter D3 of the mounting bolts 5a and 5b can be adjusted along the groove 11 to the upper width D4 of the bank 2, which is formed by the mutual distance between the lower part 2c of the bank 2 and the upper part 2d. The inner dimensions D5 of the mounting bolts 5c and 5d can be adjusted according to the grooves 11 to correspond to the lower width D6 of the bank 2, which is formed by the mutual distance between the left lower part 2e of the bank 2 and the right lower part 2f. The grooves 11 are arranged to be at an oblique angle in relation to the substantially transverse part 2 'and substantially vertical part 2 "of the bank 2, in the intermediate bend 32 of which the accessory 1 has advantageously been arranged to be able to be mounted. Hereby a movement of the mounting bolts 5a - 5e in longitudinal direction at the same time at least two inner dimensions D3, D5 and D6.This in turn enables the use of accessories l together with banks of different thicknesses without the production of different holes or series of holes in the accessory, which would weaken the accessory 3 and 4 of the accessories.
When the brackets 5a - 5e have been adjusted to the steering wheel, the attachment shaft 7 of the accessory 1 is located close to the upper line l5.l of the bank 2 and the lower part l6.1 of the bank 2 to the intersection l7.1. When the axis of the sorting support is in the corner point of the upper and lower edge of the bank, the rotation of the sorting support is easiest. This solution also means that the fastening method of the invention has a long service life, since the functional location is optimized and there is less torsional stress on the frame iron than in constructions according to the prior art.
The toothed washers 18 under the bolts 5a and 5c and their opposite nuts l2 as well as the tightening torque of the bolts prevent the movement of the bolts in the groove 11 after mounting. Depending on the size and hardness of the mounting bolt, the tightening torque can be in the range 100 - 1000 Nm. Regardless of the tightening torque, the position of the attachment bolts 5a - 5e of the accessory in the body plates 3 and 4 is such that the accessory 1 is locked on the bend 32 of the bank bank 2 with front locking. Form-fitting locking means that when the mounting bolts 5a-5e are in place, the accessory 1 is p.g.a. its shape is locked to the bend 32 and can just not move, although the friction between the body plates 3 and 4 and the surfaces of the bank 2 would allow movement.

The pin part 38 may be welded or bolted between the foot plates 42. In the foot plates there is an opening 44 for the mounting shaft 7. The shape of the foot plates 42 is advantageously such that it comprises two arms 46, which extend substantially radially relative to the mounting shaft 7 when the sorting support 6 is in place around the mounting shaft 7. The purpose of these arms 46 is to limit the rotation of the sorting support 6 by being abutment of the upper and lower stops 13 and 14. Alternatively, the adjusting bolt l5 instead of the upper and lower stops l3 and l4 may be fixed in the arm 46. Advantageously, the pin part, the foot part, the foot plates and the arms of the foot plates may be made of the same sk amcurn piece. This results in a simpler construction from a manufacturing point of view, since the sorting support can be manufactured without welded constructions.

The method of attaching the accessory 1 according to the invention prevents the accessory 1 from moving in the direction X in Figure 8. An accessory according to the invention can be manufactured e.g. of wear or structural steel, the strength of which is selected according to the load. The material then effectively withstands both weather changes and load.
